Fill a pot/pan with thin slices of orange, lemon, and lime and place it in the oven on low heat. After the fruit dries (about 2 hours) remove and place in a bowl, adding whole cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Elder Flower Tea-
Pour 1 c boiling water over 1 T Elder Flowers. Steep 10-15 minutes & strain. Drink up to three cups daily.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 T Mullein leaves. Steep for 20 min and strain. Add honey and lemon to taste.
Slippery Elm Tea-
Simmer 1 T dried slippery elm bark per cup of water. Strain and drink.
